Highly Experienced Team of Professionals
Rosehill Construction is a family run business located on the south side of Dublin. It was established by Anthony O’Hara in the early 80’s. The rest of Rosehill Construction is made up of Anthony’s two sons Ronan and David who are qualified Carpenters since the ‘90’s and early ‘00’s and a handpicked team of high quality sub-contractors.
We have built up a highly experienced team of professionals from tradesmen and suppliers to architects and designers over the years and have delivered our clients their every need.

Is the company VAT registered?
Yes, Rosehill Construction Ltd. is registered for VAT and you will find all our company details in contacts. Rosehill Construction Ltd. also possess an up to date Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC).
Is the company insured?
Rosehill Construction Ltd. carries a full public and employer’s liability insurance.
How long will the works take?
Upon commencement of any project, a schedule of works will be drafted up by Rosehill and discussed with both the client and the architect where necessary. A copy will be issued to the clients, the architect, the site foreman/project manager and a copy will be kept in the offices of Rosehill Construction.
What condition will my premises be left in?
All building materials and plant belonging to Rosehill Construction and any other sub-contractor will be removed from the site on completion of works and a complete clean-up will be untaken. Any damage that may be caused by Rosehill Construction or appointed sub-contractor will be rectified immediately.
What happens when you’re gone?
Here at Rosehill Construction we like to make sure our client have a safe piece of mind when we’re gone and any problems directly related to the works carried out by Rosehill Construction will be corrected to the clients’ satisfaction.
